Process trainings are an inevitable part of business. Any module beyond Process Trainings need to reflect positively in their sales margins. Isn’t that the goal for every business? Increase sales, turnover, thereby increase profit. A business may be willing to forego profit for a quarter, hoping to build goodwill; but the need to build goodwill is to later encash that goodwill and make a bigger profit!
So, when a company plans to invest in workshops that enhance employee skills, they are definitely hoping that the enhanced skills will translate in to better customer services and thus better sales.
